Method


The PDCA cycle is designed to be used as a dynamic model for the improvement of a process or system . The completion of one turn of the cycle flows into the beginning of the next. Following in the spirit of continuous quality improvement, the process can always be reanalyzed and a new test of change can begin. This continual cycle of change is represented in the ramp of improvement.

Our engineering team will fully understand our customer's products and applications, providing customers with high levels of customer service and quality, through teamwork, basic communication.

Plan-Do-Check-Act

Here is what you do for each stage of the Cycle:


* Plan to improve your operations first by finding out what things are going wrong (that is identify the problems faced), and come up with ideas for solving these problems. 
* Do changes designed to solve the problems on a small or experimental scale first. This minimises disruption to routine activity while testing whether the changes will work or not. 
* Check whether the small scale or experimental changes are achieving the desired result or not. Also, continuously Check nominated key activities (regardless of any experimentation going on) to ensure that you know what the quality of the output is at all times to identify any new problems when they crop up. 
* Act to implement changes on a larger scale if the experiment is successful. This means making the changes a routine part of your activity. Also Act to involve other persons (other departments, suppliers, or customers) affected by the changes and whose cooperation you need to implement them on a larger scale, or those who may simply benefit from what you have learned (you may, of course, already have involved these people in the Do or trial stage).

Material


More than 30% raw material is imported from USA,Eu,Japan and Korea and others from inland of P.R.China, which is carefully checked by our IQC. All the material shall have detail information and certificate; It would be accepted and approved by ASM .

R & D Staff


With over 10 years combined experience the ASM staff can offer you the support it needs for state of the art design and now there are 20 staff work for ASM including technicians and engineers. It is usually takes 30 days to develop a new design and develop 20-30 new model each year. Our annual investment in R&D accounts for 6.5% of sales.
